I’m in Portland for the next 13 days. Some of it is for work and some of it is for play. (More on that later this week.)

I think of Portland fondly, even though I’ve only been here once, years ago. It was for a beautiful friend’s wedding way back in 2009. (God I’m old.)

Even back then, Portland was rank with breweries, books and weirdness, three of my very favorite things in the world.

Yesterday was a travel day, but here’s some fun from the road.

Usually, my travel karma is pretty excellent. This time it worked out pretty well in that we didn’t get delayed or miss our connection in Chicago, but little stuff happened…
